These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms and Conditions’) are established between the customer who uses this service (hereinafter referred to as ‘Customer’) and Sunyo Mission regarding the conditions for the use of all services related to Seongyo provided by Sunyo Company.
1. Definition
The following terms are used in these Terms and Conditions:
1) ‘Content’ refers to sentences, texts, voices, images, videos, programs, and other information provided by the mission.
2) ‘This content’ refers to content provided or accessible through this service.
2. Agree to Terms and Conditions
1) Customers must use this service in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Customers can use this service only if they have given valid and irrevocable consent to these terms and conditions.
2) By actually using this service, the customer is deemed to have given valid and irrevocable consent to these terms and conditions.
3. Changes to terms and conditions
1) If the company deems it necessary, the company may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the customer. Because such changes cannot be notified to customers individually, please refer to the latest Terms and Conditions from time to time when using this Service.
4. Service provision
1) The customer must prepare the mobile phone terminal, communication devices, communication means, and power required to use this service at the customer's own expense and responsibility.
2) If we deem it necessary, we may change all or part of the contents of this service or stop providing it at any time without prior notice to customers.
5. Content
1) This content provided by Sunyo cannot be transferred or redistributed, and the right to use this service is granted to the customer.
2) Intellectual property rights and other rights regarding this content provided by Mission to the customer are not transferred to the customer, and all content is protected by law.
3) Distribution of all content (voice, audio, text, image, video) provided by the mission to other places or duplication of files is prohibited.
6. Place ads
Mission may place advertisements of the mission or a third party on this service.
7. Our responsibilities
1) Sunyo has an obligation to continuously make efforts to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
2) However, the service may be temporarily suspended or permanently discontinued due to internal circumstances of the bridge.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must use this service at their own risk, and are fully responsible for all actions taken on this service and their results.
8. Disclaimer
1) Sunyo is not responsible for any damages incurred by customers due to this service. However, if the contract between Sunyo and the customer regarding this service (including these Terms and Conditions) is a consumer contract stipulated in the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption provision does not apply.
2) The missionary company is not responsible in any way for any actions that take place between the website linked to this service and the customer.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are stipulated and implemented in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and for disputes that arise between the company and the customer in relation to the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the address under the Civil Procedure Act shall have jurisdiction.
10. Application of regulations mutatis mutandis
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations, and matters not specified in law shall be governed by custom.
Supplementary provisions
These terms and conditions apply from July 1, 2024.
